Our facility features 237 asphalt sites to park your vehicle. Our sizes are as follows:
- 10′ Wide x 19′ Long
- 11′ Wide x 22.5′ up to 60′ Long
- 12′ Wide x 30′ to 46′ Long
- 13.5′ Wide x 40′ Long
We can accommodate even the largest RVs and boats, so give us a call today. We cannot accommodate semi-trucks and trailers.
Do you offer discounts?
The only discount we offer at this time is when you pre-pay in full for a 12-month lease.

What is the minimum length of time I can lease?
At this time, the minimum length of time is one month.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds if you move out before month-end.
How long can I hold a site before moving in?
We allow you to hold a site for up to 30 days in advance. The fee to hold a site is $99 and will be credited to your account at move-in.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.
What are your access times?

Is power available?
21 of our sites have 50 amp power for your convenience. Get in touch for availability and pricing.
Can I wash my vehicle at your facility?
You sure can. A washdown station is available to our customers.
What security features do you have?
First off, there’s our 8’ perimeter fence with barbed wire. Entry is via gated access and we also perform daily & nightly security checks. Finally, our compound is well-lit for your comfort and safety.
